Website terms and conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our website. They explain who we are, how our website may be used, and important information about our services.

Last updated: November 2026

01. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of nekiiconsultancy.co.uk (the "website"). Please read them before using the website. By using it, you agree to them.

These terms do not create a contract for accountancy, tax or other professional services. We only act for a client once we have completed our identity and anti-money laundering checks and the client has accepted our engagement letter and Terms of Business. If anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter applies.

02. Who we are and how we are regulated

This website is operated by Nekii Consultancy Ltd ("Nekii", "we", "us"), a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 16622856. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Email: enquiries@nekiiconsultancy.co.uk. Telephone: 07963 747573.

He is also a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

We are bound by the ACCA Rulebook, including its Code of Ethics and Conduct, available in English at www.accaglobal.com. ACCA, The Adelphi, 1–11 John Adam Street, London WC2N 6AU, is our supervisory authority for anti-money laundering purposes.

We are registered with Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP). Companies House does not endorse or recommend any ACSP.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZB950855.

03. Information on this website

The content of this website is general information about our services and about UK tax and accounting. It is not advice and should not be relied on as advice for your circumstances. Tax rules, rates and deadlines change often.

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every page reflects the latest position on the day you read it.

Please do not act, or decide not to act, on the basis of information on this website without taking advice on your own situation. Using the website, sending us an enquiry or booking a free consultation does not make you our client.

04. Free 15-minute consultation

Our free consultation is an introductory, no-obligation conversation to understand what you need and whether we are the right fit. Any comments we make during it are general and are not formal advice.

We may decline to act for anyone, for example if we cannot complete our identity and anti-money laundering checks, if there is a conflict of interest, or if the work is outside our expertise or capacity.

Consultations and meetings are normally held by video call (Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet). In-person meetings in London can be arranged when needed, subject to availability and notice. Bookings are made through Calendly, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy.

05. Fees shown on this website

Prices on this website are starting prices for straightforward work with complete, organised records. Your actual fee depends on the work involved and is agreed in writing in your engagement letter before any work begins.

We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our fees: the price agreed is the price you pay. If we become VAT registered, we will give existing clients written notice as set out in our Terms of Business.

Third-party charges, such as Companies House filing fees, are passed on at cost and shown separately. We may change the prices on this website at any time. Changes do not affect fees already agreed in an engagement letter, which can only change as that letter allows.

06. Companies House identity verification

Our identity verification service is provided under our separate Identity Verification Service Terms, which we send you before we start. The fee is payable in advance. If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, as explained in those terms.

07. Enquiries and contact forms

We use the information you send through this website only to respond to your enquiry and as described in our Privacy Notice.

Please do not send identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive documents through the website contact form. We will give you a secure way to share them if we go on to act for you.

08. Payment fraud warning

We will never tell you about a change to our bank details by email. If you receive such a message, even if it appears to come from us, do not act on it. Call us on 07963 747573 to check.

09. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design and graphics, belongs to Nekii Consultancy Ltd or is used with permission. You may view, print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, republish or use any part of the website for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intuit, QuickBooks and QuickBooks ProAdvisor are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc., used with permission under the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Agreement. ACCA and AAT designations are used in line with the rules of those bodies.

10. Using the website

You must not misuse the website, including by introducing viruses or other harmful material, trying to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems that host it, or using automated tools to copy its content.

We may suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time and do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors.

11. Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as GOV.UK, HMRC, Companies House, ACCA and Calendly. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, general information on this website. Our liability for professional services is governed solely by the engagement letter and Terms of Business agreed with each client.

13. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies on this website.

14. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our website or service, please contact Pulkit Bawa at pbawa@nekiiconsultancy.co.uk or on 07963 747573.

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to give you a full response within four weeks. If you are a client and your complaint is not resolved, you may refer it to ACCA, which offers a free Conciliation Service (complaintassessment@accaglobal.com).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies whenever you use the website, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.

16. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
