Alongside this investment banking experience, the founder has hands-on exposure to UK small businesses and charities through directorships and board roles, including governance responsibilities at UK registered entities. This blend of large institution discipline and small business understanding shapes the way the practice works with each client.
The founder completed ACCA professional studies and related academic work in accounting and finance, providing a strong technical foundation in financial reporting, taxation and corporate finance. For clients, this translates into work that is not only carefully prepared but also aligned with the expectations of lenders, regulators and other professionals.
All work is carried out in line with ACCA’s global Code of Ethics and Conduct, with practising status held by the founder.
